Training Day #19

One would think that after you have done 8 miles, 3 miles would be a breeze! THINK AGAIN!! It was harder today. My foot started to hurt, my ankles were hurting, knees didn't feel best, and to top it off I wore some new pants and HATED them! I was hot and felt like they were glued to me. I kept with it though and made it through. Hoping Thursday goes better!
