Training Day #17

***This was our running day but I do want to note that we got up at 5:30 am on Wednesday morning and put in another 2 miles!***

Tonight was GREAT!! It was great! I walked for 5 minutes to start, not really because I meant to but because I got caught up talking to someone. Once I started though, I didn't stop! That's right, I ran 2 miles NON-STOP! I will continue to follow the galloway method but I was proud of myself for making it! It felt good.


DISTANCE: 2 miles
TIME: 28 MINUTES- on a treadmill.
