Training Day #13

Yesterdays run was GREAT! 3.5 miles felt really good and surprisingly not as hard as is has been. I'm not sure if it was my new shoes (more on this later) or the energy drink we tried, but whatever it was, it was great. We headed to livefit to do a little treadmill running. My time is always longer on a treadmill but I tend to do better. Instead of the normal 3/1 I did a bunch of 5/1's and a few 4/1's. I even did a 10 minute stretch of running and it felt great. I am really starting to love this whole running thing!
