Training Day #15
I AM NOT A FAN OF RUNNING WHEN ITS COLD AND WINDY!!!! It was very hard to get my breathing correct and under control. All that being said, knees felt pretty good, feet didn't hurt as bad as last Saturday and no new blisters on my toes. I didn't get to run in my new five finger shoes, I was a little worried about doing 4 miles in them. You have to start out slowly with them. Liz really pushed me today, made me run further than I wanted to and was beside me the whole way!
