11 Months!

WOW! I can't believe that in one more month my little monkey will be 1 year old! Yes, 1!!! At 11 months he is up to ALOT!!!!

-clapping
-giving Five
-blowing kisses-kinda
-throwing arms up when you say "Touch Down!"- thanks to Mimi
-waving
-climbing the stairs
-eating anything and everything like a big boy
-sleeping from 9:30-10:30 on good days/ 2-3:30pm and then 8pm-7am
-still loves playing in his crib
-started Mother's Day Out two days a week
-loves to play with cars- he pushes them all around and will even put his little people in and out and then take them for a ride around the house
-trying to get into all the cabinets
-will walk with someone holding his hands
-LOVES the Wiggles

He is the sweetest little gift from God. He is getting so big and I can't believe 11 months have gone by! Pictures will come soon.... promise!

As I sit here pumping in bed at 3:30 in the morning, I wonder how I got my little one to sleep all night long in his crib! I'm watching wiggle and move on the baby monitor and thank God that he can now sleep all night with no help! We all need friends

I remember almost a year ago when a good friend of mine invited me to a lunch group, Friday's at noon. At that time in my life I needed it! I needed to get out and meet new friends, other ladies with children about the same age, going through the same thing. This was a life saver for me. I am not a very outgoing person and it's hard to make friends when you don't have a full time job. Long story made short.... I made some GREAT friends in that group. As all good things to do though, things changed, people moved on and life became a little crazy for all of us. So the lunch group is starting up again and even though some people have left, we have some new faces to get to know! Wednesday a couple of us went out for a ladies night out and it was great! Two new people for me to get to know and I feel like I have made two new life long friends. First trip to the ER

Yesterday was a day of firsts! First time to try to potty training and first trip to the ER. Here is how we ended up there..... He woke up feeling good and we had a nice start to potty training! He didn't eat a lot of breakfast but some days he does and others he doesn't so I didn't think much about it. When lunch time rolled around he still didn't eat. He then became very cranky and uninterested in the potty thing so I let my dad take him up for his nap. He normally goes down pretty easy but today he didn't. He said that his tummy hurt and couldn't get comfortable. He finally fell asleep but didn't stay asleep long. He moved all around and cried out a couple times then finally woke up. He was NOT himself. He cried and wanted to be held. Then all of a sudden he would be fine. Then minutes later he would say his tummy hurt, then drop to his knees and cry and move around trying to get comfortable. It was so sad. My parents wanted him to spend the night si...
