She lives! Yes, I'm still here and I have about a year to catch you up on.... which I will do...at a later date! SO much has happened since last post (about a year ago!) I am not sure if I have any readers left, but I'm back anyway!

At the moment, I am doing something I NEVER do, staying awake while on a 4 hour airplane ride! I'm pretty amazed at myself right now considering I didn't go to bed until 11:30 and got up at 5:15. Since I have all this free time on my hand, I wanted to get back in the blogging game. You might be wondering where I am headed........


SEAWHEEZE!!!! Yep, another half marathon with my favorite runners, my mom, my aunt and a good friend from Utah. I am beyond excited. This was my birthday present back in January and I have been a mad lady training for the past few months! I have always been a slow runner but I am really hoping to see some improvement this time and do it in 3 hours. Please say a prayer for me!

What is SeaWheeze: Well I've never been but it's looks like the BEST RUNNING PARTY EVER! Not to mention the best dressed! I am a huge fan of Lululemon, I mean huge! There products are beyond amazing and when I found out they were doing a race..... I knew I had to do it! So I saved my miles (drained the account...it was a sad day!), trained hard, registered and I am now heading to Vancouver!


I CAN NOT WAIT!

We all need friends

I remember almost a year ago when a good friend of mine invited me to a lunch group, Friday's at noon. At that time in my life I needed it! I needed to get out and meet new friends, other ladies with children about the same age, going through the same thing. This was a life saver for me. I am not a very outgoing person and it's hard to make friends when you don't have a full time job. Long story made short.... I made some GREAT friends in that group. As all good things to do though, things changed, people moved on and life became a little crazy for all of us. So the lunch group is starting up again and even though some people have left, we have some new faces to get to know! Wednesday a couple of us went out for a ladies night out and it was great! Two new people for me to get to know and I feel like I have made two new life long friends. First trip to the ER

Yesterday was a day of firsts! First time to try to potty training and first trip to the ER. Here is how we ended up there..... He woke up feeling good and we had a nice start to potty training! He didn't eat a lot of breakfast but some days he does and others he doesn't so I didn't think much about it. When lunch time rolled around he still didn't eat. He then became very cranky and uninterested in the potty thing so I let my dad take him up for his nap. He normally goes down pretty easy but today he didn't. He said that his tummy hurt and couldn't get comfortable. He finally fell asleep but didn't stay asleep long. He moved all around and cried out a couple times then finally woke up. He was NOT himself. He cried and wanted to be held. Then all of a sudden he would be fine. Then minutes later he would say his tummy hurt, then drop to his knees and cry and move around trying to get comfortable. It was so sad. My parents wanted him to spend the night si...
