Day 12& HOME


Yes, finally finishing up my trip.....


Day 12 Naples, Italy:
This was a highlight for me. Instead of staying in Naples we took a ferry to the Isle of Capri and did a private boat tour of the island and even made it to Positano. I took a trip here when I was 17 and it brought back wonderful fun memories. I have been wanting to bring Todd here for a long time and he finally got to see it!!! Breathtaking!

Day 13th Flight home:
I was actually excited to pack my bags and head to the airport. Okay, maybe a little sad to say goodbye to such a beautiful place but it was great to be going home to see my sweet babies! We missed them soooo much! 

It was a once of a life time trip and we had the best time! I missed my babies so much but it was nice to have some time for just the two of us. I highly recommend this trip!

We all need friends

I remember almost a year ago when a good friend of mine invited me to a lunch group, Friday's at noon. At that time in my life I needed it! I needed to get out and meet new friends, other ladies with children about the same age, going through the same thing. This was a life saver for me. I am not a very outgoing person and it's hard to make friends when you don't have a full time job. Long story made short.... I made some GREAT friends in that group. As all good things to do though, things changed, people moved on and life became a little crazy for all of us. So the lunch group is starting up again and even though some people have left, we have some new faces to get to know! Wednesday a couple of us went out for a ladies night out and it was great! Two new people for me to get to know and I feel like I have made two new life long friends. First trip to the ER

Yesterday was a day of firsts! First time to try to potty training and first trip to the ER. Here is how we ended up there..... He woke up feeling good and we had a nice start to potty training! He didn't eat a lot of breakfast but some days he does and others he doesn't so I didn't think much about it. When lunch time rolled around he still didn't eat. He then became very cranky and uninterested in the potty thing so I let my dad take him up for his nap. He normally goes down pretty easy but today he didn't. He said that his tummy hurt and couldn't get comfortable. He finally fell asleep but didn't stay asleep long. He moved all around and cried out a couple times then finally woke up. He was NOT himself. He cried and wanted to be held. Then all of a sudden he would be fine. Then minutes later he would say his tummy hurt, then drop to his knees and cry and move around trying to get comfortable. It was so sad. My parents wanted him to spend the night si...
